December 2013, The city is alive with lights to lift the spirits of those who live in Reykjavík, the northernmost capital of the world. Live music, festive mood, Christmas songs echoing through the brisk, invigorating air from every store on Reykjavík's main shopping street. Tours, snowmobiling, whale watches, spa, hot tubs, northern lights, New Year's Eve parties.
December 31, 2013. Almost every single person in the city takes a box of fireworks just before midnight to blow the old year to bits - then parties till dawn around community bonfires across the city. Join Pink Iceland team and friends for traditional NYC houseparty cocktails, then head to Kiki Queer Bar for more New Years Eve celebrations, with free entry, queue jump + free drink.
January 30 - February 2, 2014. A mix of nature, activities, culture, cuisine, music & nightlife. Soak in the Blue Lagoon; dinner at LAVA Restaurant; Weclome Party at Slipp bar, Hotel Marina; day tours; banquet; concert; Phallological Museum visit; Pink City Walk; Glíma Wrestling; Northern Lights; Midnight Pink Party.
February 1, 2014 at Skuggabar, Hotel Borg, Pósthússtræti 11, Reykjavík. LGBTQ party held at least twice a year in October/November and then again in January/February during the LGBT winter festival Rainbow Reykjavik.

March 27-30, 2014 Over 100 events in festival program plus exclusive experiences: soak in geothermal Blue Lagoon spa waters; savor delicacies at Order to Effect dinner; explore alleyways and colorful houses in guided design/ architecture tour. Also cutting-edge local fashions on the catwalk at Reykjavik Fashion Festival, and leading local and international designers at DesignTalks.
May 1-12, 2014. A 12 day lesbian group trip to remote and beautiful Westfjords. Two days spent exploring Reykjavik, then westward, to get to know West Iceland and the mystical Snæfellsnes peninsula. From there a ferry across Breiðafjörður bay to Westfjords for natural scenery, hiking, geothermal pool dips and the enjoyment of good company.
August 5-10, 2014. Now in the 16th year, a colorful six day celebration attracting up to 100,000 guests from around the world. Previous years' program has included Reykjavík Gay Pride concert, queer cruise, dance; Saturday Pride Parade on Sóleyjargata, Fríkirkjuvegur & Lækjargata to Arnarhóll, then concert & dances
