shows July 3-12, 2021 daily Troupe du Jour online variety shows. A ten-day international street performer cast of jugglers, acrobats, hip hop dancers, sword-swallowers, musicians and more. Includes arts/crafts and food/beverages vendors in normal years.

July 23 - August 1, 2021, ten days of fun in Northlands Park, 7410 Borden Park Rd. Favorite musicians/ artists on the Koodonation stage; pan for gold in Klondike Park; climb on Mach 3, the Zipper and other midway rides; eat favorite fairground foods. Trade shows, food, wine, and daily fireworks. Was called Klondike Days, then Capital EX. now K-Days. To adapt to all public health orders.

August 5-8, 2021, four-day annual event, in beautiful downtown Gallagher Park, takes place each year, the second weekend in August. The performer list is usually released at the end of May.

August 12-22, 2021 the area's popular 11-day Fringe Theatre Festival brings artists and audiences together to celebrate creativity, risk, craft, and community - and there are associated events all year long. See their website for details.

October 1-10, 2021, presenting a film festival in theatres to celebrate diverse cinema for audiences. A showcase of high quality cinema from around the world, allowing filmmakers to interact in a forum that creates and fosters community, while placing EIFF on the global film festival map.

November 4-14, 2021 (TBC). Canada’s longest running documentary film festival of socially relevant film/ video from around the world exploring issues of social, economic and environmental development; catalysts for reflection/ discussion/ responsible action. A 10-day, in-person, double-bill. All screenings at Metro Cinema (reduced seating capacity + social distancing measures).
